Loren Feldman must return these domains to the registrar because he cannot use these domains of other people's names to profit. His sole purpose for buying my name is to hurt my product. Loren Feldman promotes his brand 1938media through the domains he Cybersquats on and also libels.

Loren Felman is also admitting to libel as being his justification for buying our names and he has intentions to spread rumors and innuendo about us on these domains. He has wrongfully accused myself and others of sexual acts that he claims he has evidence of. He does not.
Some of the prominent web people that he attacked are Dave Winer, Robert Scoble, Jason Calacanis, and Shel Israel, Loren Feldman bought and registered www.shelisrael.com on his name with GoDaddy.com Loren Feldman attacked and made fun of Shel Israel via a Puppet parody, both on 1938media.com and Shelisrael.com
Igor Berger resides in Japan. A significant provision of the Act enables trademark holders to bring lawsuits in rem (against the domain name), instead of against the registrant of the domain name. However, the in rem prong of the Act may only be invoked where the trademark holder is unable to obtain personal jurisdiction over the registrant or is unable to locate the registrant through good faith efforts specified in the Act (15 U.S.C. 1125(d)(2)(a)).
