Unbelievably poor services..Server down on the second day of purchase.
I purchased my hosting account with Go daddy two days ago, and their server down on the second day. It has been more than 24hr already (until this moment), took them more than 10hrs to reply my first email saying they will have another team to look into it. I want to cancel my hosting account and get a refund now. It is totally unbelievable, If they are not going to reply emails then why do business with international clients? I am not in the US and not going to spend money on expensive phone calls without promise of resolving the problem. Isn't that what the internet or emailing are for??? And how long do I have to wait for their server to be up again?? Why do I have to pay for their mistake?

Inappropriate?Finally the server is up and running again. However, they didn't explain why it was down. They wiped off everything from my hosting server even my backup databases. Beware of this company.
