What's the best way to auction off my high value domain names?
My friend has several domain names that any smart domain squatter would love to get their grubby hands on. There seem to be many ways to sell them, but it's not clear what the most streamlined and value optimized approach is.

Inappropriate?Moniker has auctions as do a lot of other sites, like Sedo, but I've been wondering the same thing as I want to rid myself of 40+ quality domains...

Inappropriate?Yes, there's got to be some way to optimize total auction price vs. % commission on the auction. Or maybe it's just eBay, in this case. But I can't even tell which vendor is likely to drum up the most interest/highest value.
I’m perplexed

Inappropriate?Yes, where are the buyers?

Inappropriate?Food For Thought.
I have several hundred Domains and this is the format I use.
Example: http://www.TokenMaster.com
There, I store and rotate the domains to that landing page.
Also I created a movie with some of the domains mentioned in them.
Example: http://www.oilpatchkids.com/video/112...
Example: http://www.oilpatchkids.com/video/97/...
I also collect payment via PayPal.com
As well, I allow people to pay me in installments which I collect monthly.
I also rent them out. Monthly Fee.
This has worked for me.
A good reason why I use this method is the "TAGS".
When posted as a movie, Google etc. are very quick to pick up.
And a hit counter on the movies let's people see what's going on with the interest in the Domain(s)
If someone is purchasing a domain on a monthly installment plan, I point the DNS to their server. When payments have completed I transfer the domain over to a Free Godaddy.com account. These transfers occur instantly and that part is Free.
Best of Luck
