None of this feels very secure
All of the programs require creating new accounts or using old ones and now goEverywhere has access to that information. I never saw a EULA when signing up but the whole thing feels like I'm just throwing all my information out into the world and I have no idea who has access to it or where it's going or even who is processing it. For instalnce, Get Satisfaction is handling this "idea." that I'm sending in. Who is Get Satisfaction? Who is goEverywhere for that matter? I'm under the impression it's something to do with Symantec but I'm not seeing any Symantec branding here.

Inappropriate?Actually, goEverywhere doesn't have visibility into your credentials. Our identity partner, myOneLogin, securely persists just enough of your authentication info to make single sign-on work (for example, a frob/api token). The goEverywhere team itself doesn't have any way to, say, look up your password on service X.
All the accounts that you're seeing require initial configuration, but authentication should become transparent in everyday usage thereafter.
We are working on the brand, and we are aware of a number of polish issues that need to be resolved. We made a strategic decision not to reinvent the wheel on some aspects of the user experience. Get Satisfaction is a good example -- they already provide a rich, interactive user community, so we chose not to create our own.
Hope your experience gets smoother -- and thanks for taking the time to comment.
