Chart parameters cannot be specified

It is quite difficult to design the chart exactly as you would like to see it, because there're no controls around it. I'd like to see at least a possibility to define 2 y-axes (to see two series face-by-face with different y-axis scale) and their scale (decimal / logarithmic). Of course that a chart designer like the one in Excel would be nice ;-).
