Error Uploading CSV
I'm trying to upload a CSV file and every time it says "there is a problem, please contact support". Unfortunately I can't actually click said link because the upload dialog has no means to close it when the error occurs.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this problem. I am logged in to the application now, and I am unable to re-create this error.
There is only one thing I can think of that could be causing this. If you are logged in to the application and idle for a certain amount of time, the security token expires and prevents you from uploading something. This is a bug on our side that is currently being worked on and will soon be patched.
In the meantime, a simple workaround is to log out and re-login, as this will reset the timer on the security token.
