Is there a "project time zone" setting somewhere?
Right now the times seen in Application Pulse are not in our local timezone. In addition, I suspect that the "1d", "1w", "1m", etc., report filter drop-downs are not in our local time zone, so that choosing "1d" does not always select the current date at the user's local time zone.
