Add Canadian and UK postal codes to local search (and other countries too)

Considering there are a lot of non-Americans on Goodreads, it'd be great to get to find people who are actually local to me, not just living in the same country. Based on availability of POCode<->geo data, it would probably be best to start adding new countries with Canada and UK first, as they seem to have the easiest info to gather.
