#1 When and how will GC integrate into Gmail? Today there is Gmail/Google Talk integration there is still no Gmail/GC integration (even though it supports "real" voicemail).
#2.) Does GrandCentral support contacts sync w/ Google/Gmail yet? I'm not finding any way to get that done, even though Google owns both products. Yet there are a zillion ways to sync Gmail contacts with *non* Google products (and Google even is behind some of those 3rd party syncs).
What is the Grandcentral plan? It seems like since Google bought it that there has been no new development and the support channels have been severly narrowed. I'm getting the feeling like it is being abandoned.
Can I break apart or regroup conversations now in Gmail Labs Beta? I didn't see that broken out in the list of new functionality per se. What I'm trying to accomplish is, say for example, I have 15 messages about a specific Ebay transaction (hypothetically call it "Elvis's laptop").
Since at the end I'll have 10-15 emails (at least) from Ebay, Paypal, buyer questions, shipping confirmations, etc, I'd like a way to bundle these to make the chronology easy to read. Tagging does not seem to work for this situation unless I'm overlooking something obvious.
How can I access the IP history of my gmail account? A few days ago, my password got changed. I suspect someone might have gotten into my gmail and taken a look around. Who do I talk to to get an activity history with IP addresses for my account?
I'd love it if the address completion that I get when using http://mail.google.com/mail in the To: field was available to desktop email applications like Apple's Mail application through LDAP.
is it possible to forward an email with an attachment or bcc some but not all of my contacts by simply choosing them from my contacts list? i am galactically frustrated to what seems like it should be a simple operation.
Has anyone else noticed that Gmail is dumping a disturbingly high percentage of legitimate email messages into the "spam" folder? I have found that even after I mark a sender/message as not spam (like a newsletter), after a while Gmail declares it "spam" again. It's like a full-time job to keep correcting Gmail's highly paranoid (delusional?) spam-Nazi feature.
When you send/reply to an email, Gmail automatically adds an entry to your "contacts". While I'm sure this is useful to some it is very annoying for me to wade through contact info I know I don't want or need. (i.e. job-448893337@craigslist.org is not something I want to save, despite having sent an email via gmail)
Can you add an option (like most desktop apps have) to disable this feature?
I bought one domain. Setup the admin account. Then bought another domain through the same process and set up an identically credentialed Username/Password. Now I'd like to use one Google Apps account over the other, but Google says that the domain that I own is already taken. How do I resolve this? Can't they just fold data into each other?
I'm trying to add another email address to my Gmail. Of course, they need to verify the new email address. But the problem is: I have never received the verification email. I checked spam folder. Not there, either.

If you are using your normal Internet connection and you usually get past this loading step without any problems, please refresh this page in your browser. I have G-mail and until recently it worked fine. Now I try to access my in box and about 2 dozen tabs click open, none of which are my in-box. I have Vista Premium if that is important. I have a terrible time trying to close all those tabs as a few will close then a few more will click open. I'm scared to even try and open G-mail now. I was looking on the G-Mail help page and at one point found a sentance that said to click there and it would take me to a previous version of G-mail, so I did and that worked find. But now I don't know how to get back to that previous version. Any help would be appreciated. L.
I have an email on my domain forwarding to gMail. I then set up gMail to "Send Mail As" as my domain's addy. (And have marked that addy as the default sender, too.)
All works well. Except even in the simple headers (date/time/etc), an extra line shows up. It's "Sender" and has my gmail addy listed. This is a problem, because I was trying to keep my gMail address private.
I understand the need for that information to be disclosed in the full, detailed headers. But how can I prevent it from showing up to people who don't know anything about looking at full headers but can see it anyway?
I know one of the of the virtues of Gmail is the ability to never delete, and instead archive all messages. But when using Gmail IMAP in Apple Mail, assuming you have other POP accounts you're checking as well, the temptation is to delete messages from your common inbox view as you read through them. If you do that, they are also deleted from Gmail, depriving you of your powerful total archive.
One suggestion I've seen is to drag messages to the "Gmail Archive" folder in Mail instead of deleting them, but that seems awkward and then requires you to take the extra time to look and see which mailbox a message came in to, and either decide to delete or drag to archive. That would add a whole lot of overhead to the simple act of reading your new mail.
Anyone have any suggestions for the best way to manage POP and Gmail IMAP email flow in the same Mail.app setup?
