"Unable to connect" to Google Sites
About a week ago, I purchased a domain name through Google and started working on a website through Google Sites. For the past two days, when I log onto my site to work on it, I keep getting an error (both through Firefox AND Explorer) that says "unable to connect at this time, please try again later". The "help" menu on Google Sites does not list this problem at all. When I searched the web, I found this site.
I see that someone else on this support center had a similar issue and one of your employees said to ping google and send that information back to see what is going on. So, I have done that. Here is what I received:
Pinging google.com [72.14.205.100] with 32 bytes of data:

Thank you!

Inappropriate?Unable to connect at this time, please try again later. I see many have this problem listed on google help forums and I saw no solution so far. I know it has nothing to do with a connection and so "trying again later" will not help. Is there a work around?
Thanks
Brendan

Inappropriate?I posted that I also had this problem but now found that by turning off my moving ad blocker "Muncher" my site can be edited. Perhaps other blockers cause similar problems.
Be happy

Inappropriate?I found this interesting. I had the same problem with my PC and my wife's PC. We are both on a Linksys router and we just couldn't get google up.
We both shut down and the unplugged the router for 20 seconds.
Everything worked great after trying to get this going for 2 weeks
