Cancelling all subscriptions

I am on Social Security and I am living on a very tight budget, and If I did sign up with anything to do with Google; PLEASE, I need to cancel anything and everything that has my name and card# on it, I need my money back to pay bills, but some food.
I beg of you, to resolve this issue or else I will have to file with the Attorney General, and I would rather resolve this issue rather than go that route. Please notify me about these issues and again PLEASE take my name of anything and everything including my Debit Card number.
