Copy/paste function: individual pages and entire sites

I have set up a project collaboration site and it seems really great, but have many projects throughout the year and I don't want to have to manually remake each project collab site for each project.

I also have pages that I want more than one of, with different titles, without having to remake every detail each time I make a new page.

The solution is to be able to copy/paste pages and sites.
