Bonnie, you haven't said what area of Google you're having a problem with, but your best bet is still likely searching or writing via the Support area. I don't think we offer phone support for most of our products, particularly on a Saturday night :(. -

Inappropriate?Adam did you actually work on google? because you don't seem to know how hard is to contact support, yes there is a phone number which after a long boring recording end up telling you there is no phone support... then you contact support and an automated reply anwser 15 secs after the report with useless and unacurrated information you endup traped in a loop you never get into support REAL PERSON WHO ACTUALLY READ YOU EMAIL AND ADDRESS YOU PROBLEM... my support problems are with GMAIL, 2 months ago my account vanished from your system without any explanation... which I still trying to recover without success, I read the causes to be locked out from your account and I didn't did any of them, I fill recovery forms, I try all kind of ways to contact support, but it seems like it vanished with my account... I have vital information locked without any reason...even Hotmail has 72 hrs respond on support and they actually come to you with a realtime agent accourding to your specific problem faster than that.... and here 30 emails, 4 recovery forms, 2 post on google groups, 10 phone calls, two months after still no anwser...
do you call that customer service? I really in shock because all I heard about google is that is this great company, but as far as customer service you really suck... sorry to put it that way.

I can tell that you are very angry from your reply (and from other replies you've made in other topics). We will try to help you if we can. But, to be honest, this sounds more like a rant than a request. If you have a specific problem we can help you solve, start a new topic; we'll do our best to try and fix it for you. -
Inappropriate?im bit requesting anyrhing, because i honestly give up on "customer service" i just trying to expose the trut, which could probably sound disturbing but it is what it is. Sorry Adam if this sound agains you I really don't meant that part like it sounds.
