Gmail account does not exist for no apparent reason.
My gmail account was working fine on the 1st July 2009 (Australia). On the 2nd July 2009 i decided to check my email around lunch time like i do every other day. I found that my password was not accepted. I immediately checked all other accounts and found that i could not get into hotmail, facebook or myspace (something had obviously compromised my accounts or something was very wrong with the internet). As gmail was the most important account i starting working on getting it back. I filled out the account recovery form and was denied almost immediately. I couldn't understand as i'd filled out all of the necessary information... I then realised i hadn't tried to reset my password so i went through the processes to do this put in my username, got past the captcha stage and then was sent to a page that indicated that "****@gmail.com does not exist please check the spelling etc etc". By this stage im completely freaking out, so i contact google (well, i tell them that i cant reset my password).. about 100 times only to receive the same "wait 24 hours and try again" messages. I then proceeded to use the "contact us" form and sent countless messages trying to explain my problem.. no answers, nothing. I still have no idea if my accounts were compromised, or if something just went terribly wrong that day on the internet.. i have successfully regained access to all other accounts. If someone can look into this for me? anyone? someone at gmail? im convinced i will never see my emails again but i would at least like an explanation why my account doesn't exist and if that explains why i fail the account recovery process even with the correct information? This is extremely distressing and i would appreciate any assistance :( please don't bother responding if you're going to send me to "gmail help", account recovery forms, reset password pages, forgotten username pages, contact us pages. I've done it all over and over again and no one will respond. I obviously need to speak to a human being and not a machine. Why won't google admit that sometimes things go wrong and that WE the customer should not be punished for it. Not everything can be solved with an automated message or a form. PLEASE. i am begging you, i am hoping someone can see that the questions i am asking are fair, and that i have a right to know why this is happening to me.

Also, this might be helpful.. i have been looking on forums and noticed that if google does "disable" your account that when you try to log in there should be some sort of message indicating this (i am not receiving such messages) only that the username or password is incorrect.
I have waited long enough for someone to respond through gmails "contact us" form. Pfft... says they will contact you in a few days if they need extra information. THEY NEED EXTRA INFORMATION. :(
