Google Calendar Events aren't showing for my boss via HTML, but they are for me...

Why can I see events in Google Calendar and update them etc, yet when I send the HTML link to my boss, he cannot see them. Similarly, when he tries to access the XML version it announces that there are no events!

I’m frustrated and angry
