Google Calendar not creating events
i keep trying to create events in google calendar ... and then they don't show up on my calendar. No error message, no nothing. It just doesn't show up.
BTW, I have the Google*Gears plug-in installed, so if it's a connectivity issue, then Gears is not fulfilling its (albeit vague) promise of allowing me to work offline. Besides, I should still get an error message if it is a connectivity problem!

Inappropriate?Sad that no one from google responds to these problems, but there is a solution!
Give google.com permission to open pop-ups on your browser.
Even though the javascript is not technically opening a pop-up and you get no security message from your browser, for some reason giving this permission makes the problem go away ... at least it hasn't happened for a few days now.

Inappropriate?I have seen this a lot lately, but it is not related to pop-ups (at least I don't think so). I create an event, the creation box goes away, and the event does not get created. Then I do the exact same thing again and it works perfectly. I have to add every event twice.

Inappropriate?I had the same problem as you, but giving google.com pop-up permission solved the problem permanently for me. Try it.

Inappropriate?It's erratic for me, but I'm finding that the problem occurs on Safari but not with Firefox for the Mac. Could be coincidence; I'm not sure.
