How is google preparing to tackle climate change in the 21st century?

Mr. CEO, how is your company preparing to tackle climate change? What measures are you and your employees taking? Society needs companies that set the example as leaders in helping the world a better place. This December in Copenhagen we need action from all countries, but in particular the US.
