If a device is already configured to sync with Google Calendar, have the "Sync" link in Google Calendar push all calendars to that device, forcing a complete refresh on the device.

I have an iPod touch that is configured with Google Calendar and Google Contacts, and (by coincidence) I've noticed the "Sync" link after I set it up. Thinking it might force a sync on my iPod, I decided to try it. Then it opened a support entry detailing how to set up sync.

My suggestion is, should the user click the "Sync" link in Google Calendar (and wherever this link pops up), the application should check if a device is set up to sync, and if one is, push the entire contents of all (selected-to-sync) calendars to the device, forcing it to delete what it has and use the new batch. This is incredibly useful for cases where events do not appear, disappear, or change on the synced device, saving that 5-10-minute reset that is always suggested when you have syncing problems.

For example, say some of the events I've deleted off the online calendar do not get deleted on my iPod, even after a day. Instead of deleting the profile and rewriting it again, I click the "Sync" link and Google Calendar pushes my full calendar to my iPod, resolving these issues by providing a fresh copy of all (event) info in my account.
