Is Google going green or staying black?
As an avid Gmail and Google user since around 1997 I find it increasingly concerning that Eric Schmidt does not sufficiently have addressing environmental issues on the company to-do list. Apart from a speech or two there seems to be very little REAL action. Why not take a leaf out of Steve Job's book and make a similar level of environmental transformation which Apple has just undergone. Apple reps apparently even stormed out of a meeting of the US Chamber of Commerce due to their stance on climate change. Do the same Google! Also persuade your president to get himself over to the Copenhagen climate talks next month like some other leaders! The US used to be true leaders but now it is hard to get you guys to even follow! C'mon the world needs you to be brave and make a permanent difference!
