Label destroyed by GMail filters which delete mails AND place a label - German Gmail

I estimate the excellent searching function of GMail and use GMail, but GMail has a small mistake:

By the GMail filters which delete mails AND place a label the label was until 200908010 substituted after some days with the empty label "". Now 20090819 the label has been deleted completely.



Up to the mistake removal I put such filters always to the last place of all filters, because the filter function is disturbed. The bug is reproduceable with German GMail language settings.
