Make managing bookmarking vendors the same way as search engines management works

With Google Chrome's Omnibox and New Tab page it is now very easy to use my favorite search engines without need to jump to their websites.

PLEASE make it possible to work with bookmarking vendors the similar way.

Please create some sort of standard (or API or something) for bookmarking services (such as diigo.com and delicious.com) so that I can choose what bookmarking vendor to use in my Chrome browser.

By adding a bookmark in Chrome I want it to be added to my favorite bookmarking service automatically and by adding a bookmark from my favorite service's website I want it to be visible from Chrome .
