Inappropriate?Hi Igor,
While I and other Googlers happily read and occasionally participate in threads here, I must note that we already have an entire infrastructure for support at http://www.google.com/support with thousands of FAQs, forums with tons of dedicated Googlers answering questions and escalating suggestions, and so on.
So as cool as Get Satisfaction is, our primary support has to remain on our domain so we can help the most people :).
