What Google has to win by turning green!

Google is a top-level, worldwide reknown company. Yet the company fails to recognize the need to adress the most important issue of our generation: global warming. Acting wisely to turn the company green is not only important for the planet, but this would also bring several positive returns. It would first of all improve the image of Google to its customers, as it will prove the company indeed recognizes the importance to tackle the issue of climate change. Secondly, as a top-level company, Google would pave to way to further improvements by fostering other companies to follow its example, thereby establishing the position of Google as an example as regard to the fight against climate change.
So, Google, could you please consider this issue? Furthermore, as a company having a considerable influence to president Obama's administration, could you please help and suggest Eric Schmidt ask Obama to go to Copenhagen with strong ambitions?
