Why won't Google fix Google Maps?

Why won't you change the name of my street back to what it should be after changing it to something else. Seneca Drive, Las Cruces NM is now Parham, Las Cruces NM. It was right for many years and now they have changed it and several other streets in the area. I have tried going through TeleAtlas and they say they have changed it but obviously Goodle hasn't. I have sent snail mail to Google (as have several other residents on these streets) to no avail. If this can't be fixed in the fairly near future we will have to go elsewhere for maps since no one can find us on Google Maps.
