Put the "New Folder" Option at Top Level

When we add a RSS feed in Google Reader we can create a separate new folder in Google reader to manage all the subscription we having in out reader. So to so that 1st of all we need to click "Manage subscriptions" there we need to click on "Subscriptions" tab where we can manage all or subscription in saprate folders which is a very good thing.

But here I find very small problem, see when I need to create a new folder for particular rss feed I have to create a new Folder there Ihave to go to the folder list where I need to cick on "New Folder" option is but this option is at last!!

Just imaging having 200 feeds in a reader with 200 folders. How much scroll i have to do into that folder list for just create a "New Folder"???

My suggestion is just put the "New Folder" option at top level and after that all the folder list..by this we can cut the scrolling time..and it's to easy to create "New Folder"
