My Wall
When you buy something make a checkbox "publish to my wall" and then put a post about what I bought. I honestly can't see anyone using the wall for anything else (I mean it isn't like this is facebook), so at a bare minimum this would be something. I would also include any activity they did there to have the same option (ratings, etc).

Inappropriate?Lynn this is a great idea and is actually planned for the near future. In fact in our future plans this will not be limited just to the wall. The information in the wall will be made more robust and relevant and turned into both an RSS feed and will probably follow you around the website in some fashion. Keep an eye out for this in the future.
