If I've dropped all of my items founding new spots, how can I get more?

For now, this is the de-facto standard for info about items. I hope this helps until we make the UI better in the app.

Inappropriate?Check in to more spots! You can repeatedly check in to the spots that you yourself have created to get icons, in addition to the spots that others have created. :) -

How many times do I have to check in? I'm up to 21 stamps and still no new items. -

Inappropriate?I don't have any item since over a week, and I've been checking in several times last week, and just got one new item today that I immediately dropped to be a founder... I feel items are too rare...

What type of spots are you checking into? There are some spots that are usually good with icon popups, like coffeeshops, Italian restaurants, Asian restaurants.

I've found that offices are quite stingy with their drops. As Irene said, coffeeshops are the best bet, though a trip around town to various stores will probably have a good yield too.

Inappropriate?I can only swap items at spots?! But after dropping mine all 'cause of creating new spots, i can not get new ones?!

You can find new items to pick up by checking into a spot, i.e. an icon will pop up for you. Just check into an existing spot... or even some of those spots you created. It's random, so it doesn't happen all the time.
