GrabUp FTP not working to two different servers.
I just paid for GrabUp pro and am trying to use the FTP. I've tried sending to 2 different servers, and my images simply won't upload to either one. I've checked permissions, etc.
The error message I'm getting is: "Error: Server denied you to change to the given directory"
I know my FTP info is correct - any thoughts on something I could check?
Is there any kind of connection test I can do before spending so much time taking pics to see that they don't upload?

Inappropriate? Were you able to get this to work yourself? I am having the same problem.

Inappropriate?Never solved it. Also, sort of amazing no one has responded to this thread. You reminded me that I need to ask for a refund.

Inappropriate?Searching through Google I found that the developer of GrabUp was trying to sell the site this time(ish) last year. Also, he seemed to claim the Windows version was on its way soon. I also sent a message to support a few months ago about the free edition and got no reply at all.
All this, and the neglected Get Satisfaction site makes me think this site is not being maintained anymore. Fingers crossed i am wrong. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for looking into that and posting your results. I sent an email this morning asking for a refund, but I'm fairly certain my $20 is gone for an app that simply won't upload these shots via ftp.

Inappropriate?Just FYI guys one of our customers was having this problem, might be a little different. Whenever he was adding the directory in the FTP settings and then go to start the service it would put in the previously set directory.
The answer for us was after inputting the directory in the FTP settings, hit tab to the next line that "saves" the entry so to speak and now his grabup works. Hopefully this helps for anyone having this issue.
