GrabUp simply does not work
GrabUp simply... doesn't work. I take a screenshot and it does nothing at all. This is a paid for version.
No "magic" happens whether I use the default settings or an FTP depository I've set aside on my server. When I hit cmd-V to paste anywhere else, I simply end up pasting whatever was in my clipboard before.
If it makes any difference, I use the shortcut ctrl-shift-S to take screenshots. However, I have tried reverting the shortcut to cmd-shift-4, and this has made no difference even after restarting GrabUp.

Inappropriate?i am having the same problems on my windows xp machine. i have the free version and now i wont ever buy it. I have tried rebooting, restarting my computer, reinstalling grabup and everything and anything else i could think of. Please help.

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem with the FTP access, I bought the Mac version,and it doesn't work. They even ask me if I have a Mac or PC version after taking a screen grab of my problem...can't recognize a Windows or Mac Os X interface...
Their customer service is simply...crap. It's been 12 days, 6 emails later, some answer, then silence.
I want a refund, they don't respond. Really unprofessional. -

Inappropriate?I have received a few emails from the GrabUp team a while back. I tried a few times, I removed the application, then re-installed it. It still doesn't work with my FTP. I asked my hosting company, they tried the best, the problem is not on their end. So I gave up. But a few days ago, I tried again, still not working. So I contacted GrabUp team, to ask to be refund. It's been almost a week, no answer... What a bad customer service.

Inappropriate?GrabUp has a failing reputation because the new management don't appear to understand their own product, or care.
There is a free solution called TinyGrab, which doesn't support FTP uploading (yet) but the feature is coming. As a work around why not try it at http://tinygrab.com -
