I would just like to say that recently I had a issue with my grabUps ftp timing out on uploads with my mac. I spoke with "Aisha" from grabUp and she was very helpful with my issue and was more than generous with a solution. She gave me a working build that addresses the problem I was having and was very courteous in doing so. This is a great piece of software and I hope the best for the company with their release of the new windows version too! I will be sure to tell my friends about it!
