Where is the license file I paid for?
OK. So I bought the PRO version, downloaded and installed the new software, and when I try to register, it wants me to identify a license. But where is it? It's not in the email I was sent. ??? And their email link does not work. What's up with that?

Inappropriate?The license file -should- be attached to the email you received. I'll look into seeing what the problem could be now.
In the mean time, if you drop me an email at jon@grabup.com I'll refund you both your $20 and send over a unique license key.

This is what eventually happened, in case others have the same issue.
Originally, I checked the first email I was sent. It was just a receipt.
A second email I received around the same time, and which I discovered about 10 minutes later, was in the spam folder, and it only had a link to a web site where I was told the license could be found. But the link to that file was dead when I tried.
It was only later that I found that a THIRD email had been sent to me with the license attached. It came about 45 minutes after the very first, and the problem was I did not find it right away since I figured the first "spam" message was the one I needed.
It eventually all got worked. I was only in a rush because I had been using grabup to post screen shots to an online college course I'm teaching and needed it last night, but did not want the ad info included in my pictures.
I know you can't control how yahoo filters what it thinks is spam. But why not just provide an unlock key someone can enter into the software like most do? It would have saved me a bit of time and a lot of frustration and hassle.
