Voicemail not being recorded?

I noticed that when messages are left, the time show 0:00 in length and there is no message to play. I tested it and it is broken.

I’m confused.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Remove Inappropriate?
Delete or Edit for 15 minutes

Additional information... the messages ARE being recorded. It's just the web interface that is not letting me play them and showing 0 as the length.
