Please help! having planetsave email login trouble again!
I am having trouble opening my planetsave email. Im not sure if its my username or password, but this happened a year ago and I hope it doesnt take as long to fix this time.Last time i was given a new password which i was told I couldnt change to something i preferred.it has worked til now.please help!!!I look forward to hearing your response...i have been a planetsave member a long time& may have to consider changing services if these problems continue to happen.Thankyou.

Inappropriate?The company who hosts the webmail (ActionSpark) only provides the service as-is. I've forwarded your information to them, and am awaiting a response, but I wouldn't blame you if you changed services. I am disappointed as well, and just as helpless to solve it.
