What new features would you like to see?
I'm interested to hear what new features you would like to see in an update to iSynth. Here are some things I'm already considering working on...
- More ways to browse (e.g. favorites, recently viewed).
- Rework the (i) interface. I'm not sure how, but I'd appreciate your suggestions.
- Higher maximum photo resolution so you can zoom all the way in
- Zoomable 2D view of all the photos in a synth

Inappropriate?Can u add the ability to take the pictures and then synth it on the iphone? -
Inappropriate?Hi Sean,
Unfortunately, synthing (the process of creating the synth from the pictures) is out of my control. Currently, the Photosynth synthing application is designed to run locally on your machine and requires quite a lot of CPU, too much for the iPhone's small processor. If ever some sort of webservice is created that will run the synthing process on a dedicated server, I would definitely be interested in writing a frontend for the iPhone. Until that happens, I'm afraid you'll have to create your synths from a Windows box.
