No Finding of Uploaded Song And The Invisible mp3

Not only am I having the same 100% uploaded but not showing up in my music library problem but when I try to upload some of the songs it says it can't find the mp3 in the folder and check if I have the correct one but somehow it manages to play the track even if it's in the pink highlighted section so it must exist.

And now it says the server is having problems.
