Non-user friendly website for accessing groupon/coupon
If so many people can't find their groupon coupons b/c they don't get sent to the email inbox (although this site says that they do), why isn't there a more obvious link on the groupon website that takes you to a login where you can get your groupons? It's not very user friendly. Also, how come the "logout" button doesn't work on "thepoint.com" site. I am perpetually logged in to "thepoint.com." I don't want to be logged in all the time.

That is a great suggestion, and something we are working on. Soon it will be much easier to log in and view all of your Groupons from the Groupon homepage. For now the best way is to go to http://thepoint.com/mygroupons .
As far as logging out, the log out button should work, and you can also try going here: http://thepoint.com/logout .
