The fitness report is dominated by an activity chart, which seems to indicate how much time I spent entering data into Gyminee. This seems to be of very limited value fow my fitness goals and always skewed toward food entry as I have th enter a lot more items. Unless I am burning calories or burning muscle while typing. :) Am I missing some secret value? Ideal would be selecting a graph of ones choice, but barring that there must be some more interesting fitness oriented information to display. It seems to be of such limited use that removing it to reduce scrolling to see the rest of the information might even be a better choice.
Before the "enhancements", as a Pro user I was able to view a daily fitness report that showed for a given day the calories eaten, the calories burned via exercise, and the estimated calories burned due to BMI, alogn with a grand total. This was very useful, but I can't seem to find it anymore.
As you know from my other questions, I am running into food management issues since you removed the capability to search by brand. What makes it even worse, however, is that when you are browsing or searching food in the meal planner _which is a PRO feature_ I can't seem to even view the Brand on foods. It doesn't show up on the food listing and the product label poipup also doesn't include it.
We are trying to get all of our support and help articles/discussions located in one place. Since we now have Gyminee Forums, we are encouraging users to post their questions there. Continue to use Get Satisfaction is you want, we think it is a really cool website, but we will be giving first priority to the Gyminee Support Forum.
Is anyone else having issues uploading progress pictures? I can upload the image and see it on the screen, but I am not seeing a "Save" button as the helper banner states.
I would like for my journal to be hidden on my profile page. Also, I would like my activity to be hidden by non-gym buddies. Is there any way to do this?
We're looking for feedback on the new website design. So far we've received a lot of positive comments, but we are looking for ways to tweak the new design to make it even better.
This is the place where you can share any specific ideas you have. Thanks!
Prior to the upgrade a click on "daily fitness report" on the calendar would display the daily fitness report. It was useful for knowing where I stood based on my nutrition and exercise for the day.
I like the new week report, but is there any way to get the daily without viewing the weekly then changing the time period?
Those of you who like using Gyminee on your iPhone have probably noticed some of the recent changes. For one, the new design looks more modern and better matches the new Gyminee design. Also, there have been some cool features added in most of the sections.
Feel free to post your feedback here and let us know what you think.
You may have noticed the new Challenges tab on your Locker Room page. Gyminee Challenges are currently in the works and we're pretty excited about getting them done.
We have our own ideas about how challenges should work, but we would also love to hear from our users. Have any ideas?
I attend Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance and Body Combat fitness classes at my local gym. How can I add these to my Workouts as the routines change every 3 months and there are numerous excercises done throughout each hour? Do I need to specify each and every excercise (I can't remember them all, I just follow the instructor!). Thanks.
When I log a push-up or a crunch, I input the number of reps I do and "the weight"; but I don't understand one thing - should that weight I input be my own weight?
Nutrition Log doesn't properly update Food Groups to show progress toward those goals. Sometimes it shows activity but it seems to always miss the ingredients of a recipe. i.e. if I drink a latte, milk should definitely show that more than 3 oz of milk has been consumed rather the zero.
Why do I have to keep re-entering information in my nutrition goals? I have noticed that when trying to set nutrition goals, the choices I select for some fields don't seem to 'stick'. For example, every time I go to this page I have to re-enter my activity level as moderate, and my body fat percentage. This makes me wonder if the system is actually remembering and using this information. I have noticed a similar problem in my personal profile, which seems not to want to remember what sex I am.
When i look at an exercise that i did two days ago, i see the right data in the graph but the text on the page shows my workouts from 42, 46 and 51 days ago.
This seems also to mess with the calculation if a goal is met.
