I attend Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance and Body Combat fitness classes at my local gym. How can I add these to my Workouts as the routines change every 3 months and there are numerous excercises done throughout each hour? Do I need to specify each and every excercise (I can't remember them all, I just follow the instructor!). Thanks.
Is there anyway that I can set up a workout that is different each week? I am doing a session style workout that it is different each week and lasts 5 weeks before I start the next session. As far as I know you can only set up one workout for your profile.
