How do I add a new food to a food group?
I just added a bunch of my favorite foods and now want to use them to plan my meals. I'm trying to figure out how to add a food (like say a new thin bun I found) to a food group (like breads/grains) but can't figure out how to do it. Because of that, both my meal planner and my food groups outline in my locker room are inaccurate. Help?

Inappropriate?Good question. We realize that this is confusing at the current time, and we are testing out ways to improve it.
Here's the deal:
Food groups can be set on any food, but only through the Meal Planner (right now at least). After you have added a food to one of your meals, you will either see small food group icons to the left of the food, or a question mark if no food groups are set. Clicking on the question mark will allow you to set the food groups.
The initial concept was that food groups to only be used via the Meal Planner, but we are starting to see people want to use them outside of that.

Inappropriate?Awesome. I knew there had to be a way. This'll force me to plan my meals rather than just journal what I ate after the fact. I do agree that it'd be great if you could do the same thing when you add food to the journal though, just in case I don't have time to plan but want to know how I did. Thanks!
