Logging push-ups
When I log a push-up or a crunch, I input the number of reps I do and "the weight"; but I don't understand one thing - should that weight I input be my own weight?

Inappropriate?Good question. Technically, you could track your push-ups with your body weight, but what most people do is just leave the weight field empty (I would suggest this also). To keep things flexible, most all fields are optional when tracking your exercises.
I like to think of push-ups as an exercise where you're only tracking reps and sets. Some similar examples would be crunches, body weight squats, and pull ups. -
Inappropriate?Hey stephen, thanks for the response - I had the same intuition - but when I left the field empty, in my exercise stats it didn't register any weight lifted... in other words, I have nothing to compare week-by-week... that comparison is a big part of my motivation!
do you have any ideas?
