Hahlo duplicates most recent tweet instead of updating my new tweet.
When I tweet from the "With Friends" tab, instead of updating with the new tweet, Hahlo duplicates the most recent tweet. When I refresh, it updates correctly. Also the Auto Refresh doesn't work. Any ideas?

Inappropriate?Ok, I'll do my best to explain whats happening.
When you post your tweet, it sends off to twitter and then the timeline does an auto-refresh. The idea is that it should grab the tweet you just posted (and it did this originally), however the api returns the new tweets plus the last one (which ends up appearing in duplicate). I've fixed (and then unfixed) this several time in the last few months but things just keep changing ever so slightly.
Please note that your tweet should never actually post twice as Twitter have measures in place that prevent this from happening.
The auto refresh is turned off if you have the "inline replies" or "inline messages" options turned on, so check that. Otherwise my recommendation would be to refresh the window you're running hahlo in to make sure all the scripts have loaded correctly, I've had the same issue and this fixes it in most cases.
All of these things should be resolved in Hahlo 4, watch out for more info in the next month or so, I'm just awaiting twitter oauth support to become available.

Inappropriate?A quick update, while working Hahlo 4 I've found that if I used the tweet id instead of the tweet date as the 'since' parameter when performing the auto-refresh then the duplicate problem doesn't seem to be an issue.

I have this problem too, only it happens every time Hahlo auto-refreshes, not just when I post a tweet. I am trying to use Hahlo + Fluid as a desktop twitter client - beats the pants off twiterrific, apart from this problem!! Will likely be a deal breaker for me...
Can't work out why it's happening. The same happens in fluid or safari (as you'd expect I guess, since they're both webkit) and it means that every time a new tweet arrives I get shown the wrong thing, and only by going in and manually re-loading the friend feed tab can I get the real tweets.
Tried reloading many times, no joy.
Any suggestions??

update: happens the same in Camino (gecko based browser), so not a webkit bug :-s
