Provide an easier way to view a specific user's tweets

I'd like to be able to view someone's tweets without having to type in their username to the address bar or click on their icon and pick from the menu... i.e. when I search for a username that's a direct collision with a real username, maybe show the real name and let me click to see their tweets?
