This is fixed. Had to do with a blank url from yahoo pipes.
I’m happy

I found a bug with our feed parsing, it had to do with a lack of datetime stamps on your rss feed.
You should see updates working now.
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Yes, feed-tweets are working and the jobs run every 10 minutes for checking and tweeting.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Could you take a look at my single test bot on account bensmithuk - it's not feeding anything for > 10 hrs on a feed I know has changed?
I’m sad

Inappropriate? That bug fix worked great, but I'm now testing another source in preparation for setting up a couple of bots and it doesn't appear to be working - this time the source is RSS from Twitter's API coming via Yahoo Pipes.
Would you mind taking another look? WIthout any error logs / alerts on the service it's hard to know what the root of any problem is...
Thanks!
I’m OK, but wish I could see some error output

Inappropriate?Ben,
What kind of error output are you looking for? Our service is built using Ruby and the bots actually run in a daemon that is separate from the website. I don't think Ruby Stack Traces would do you much good.
I will look into this feed issue and get back to you shortly. -
Inappropriate?Errors such as feed '404', unable to parse feed, timed out, twitter authentication failed... Not Ruby output, but something to indicate why nothing's happening :-)
Also for debugging it would be nice to see 'last item tweeted', but that's the cake and eating it :-)
Awesome service - saves having to DIY... really want to see this get mature and pay for it. -

Inappropriate? Thanks Josh - I'm not familiar with the RSS specs? Should I ensure the Pipe provides a URL or is it legit to leave it out. (I don't want to include a link).
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Sorry.... blank description also breaks it (!)
If you can allow blank title or description can the ' - ' be omitted too?
