Website functionality
Navigating the website is frustrated by links/controls that don't work properly. Specifically, the drop-down menus that appear underneath the headings: Investors, News, Projects etc, disappear when you go to click on them. Extremely frustrating, especially for an existing holder.

David,
Click on the top/main menu item.
Then the lower items will remain so you can select one.
Trust this solves the problem for you.
p.s. By the way, this is an issue with IE8. The menu works as you originally assumed it would in browsers such as Firefox, Safari and Chrome (and even the iPhone!).

Inappropriate? Can you please advise what browser and operating system you use? For example do you use windows xp operating system? Do you use Internet Explorer 7 browser?
-
Inappropriate?I am using IE 8.0, operating system is xp.
-
Inappropriate?Thanks David.
I will look into it.
In the meantime, if you don't mind installing something that is still in early-stage rollout and want to improve your browsers ability to view web pages, you could try installing Google Chrome Frame - http://code.google.com/chrome/chromef...
I will advise when I have resolved your issue otherwise.
Thanks for the feedback. -

Inappropriate? Thanks Simon, it does solve the problem for me, but anyone new trying to find out about the Company will likely give up before I did. If I was the Company it would not solve my problem.

Inappropriate?David,
we have resolved to create a separate simplified (but still functional and informative) page for Internet Explorer browsers and retain the current format for the advanced broswers such as firefox, safari, chrome etc.
This will resolve the issues that Internet Explorer users are experiencing.
Thank you for your input and feedback. -
Inappropriate?OK David,
Those changes have been made. If you have any troubles, please let us know. It would be appreciated.
Thanks for taking the time to report your issue.
regards
simon
