"Content" method is misidentifying dupes!
What kind of comparison does DupeGuru use for "content" comparison? For me, it's misidentifying files as dupes, so I doubt it's using MD5 or a bit-by-bit comparison. I've lost a number of unique files this way.

Inappropriate?The content method uses md5 checksum to compare files. While it is known that md5 checksum can result in collisions, it's actually extremely rare in real world cases (unless you deliberately build a file with the same md5 checksum as another file). In addition to the md5 checksum, dupeGuru also makes sure that both files are of the same size.
I'd be curious to see an example of those false duplicates dupeGuru found. Have you deleted them all?
