DupeGuru attacks packages
Using dupeguru to look for duplicates, it also looked inside my .pages and .keynote packages (that are normally closed, just considered a file). When I got rid of my duplicates, it also robbed my .pages and .keynote packages, rendering several documents unusable. How do I stop it from looking inside packages?

Inappropriate?dupeGuru already handles application bundles correctly, but it indeed doesn't do it for other types of bundle.
This feature is already scheduled for the next release, which I have begun working on.
