My registration key doesn't work
I just bought one of your products, and when I try to unlock the software, it tells me that my key is wrong. What's up?

Inappropriate?First of all, make sure that the key you're trying to use is not a Paypal transaction number. The registration keys are sent in an e-mail separate from the Paypal receipt. If you haven't received it, look in your spam folder. It might have landed there. If you don't find it, contact support@hardcoded.net.
Also make sure that you are unlocking the right application. A common mistake is to mix the different dupeGuru editions up. If you bought dupeGuru, you can't unlock dupeGuru Music Edition with that key.
Also make sure that you submit the unlock key with the e-mail you used for the purchase.
