29 hours and counting with no feedback...

I bought 60 minutes and submitted a task, giving it 30 minutes, which I thought was a reasonable amount of time.

The status simply says "In Progress". I haven't heard anything. I don't think I could use a service for anything important if I have no idea when it will be completed, nor do I even really know if it's been assigned to anyone.
