Approaching 48 hours and no feedback
OK, I paid my money, wrote up a simple task, and sat back and waited. My task went to "In progress" within a couple of hours and then nothing, complete radio silence for what is almost 48 hours now. For s service that promotes itself as "better than Get Friday" this isn't a good start

I apologize for the delay and understand your frustration. Thus far we've done an admittedly unsatisfactory job at setting expectations for both our clients and our assistants- which is something we're working hard to rectify. -
thanks for the response - i hope you guys can figure it out. I looked at getfri first - but I just couldn't bring myself to become a customer of a company that required me to sign up via fax. I think your competitive positioning is spot on, so again, I hope you can work out the kinks, I have a bucket load of tasks to send your way
