No Human response from site, even though it took my money
Is having things done still around? I signed up yesterday, and haven't seen any evidence that a human has seen my tasks. Looking at the other posts on this site is disconcerting. Did I just blow $20?

Inappropriate?After a rough start last summer, we closed things down for a time and worked out several issues, both with the application system and our policies and procedures. We've left the painful trail of feedback on GetSatisfaction in the spirit of full disclosure and transparency, but it doesn't reflect the current service.
